This partnership marks an exciting step forward as we team up to establish a new JV company right here in Nepal, focused on IT-related initiatives. And we've got a name for it—Midnight Technology—that captures the innovative, around-the-clock spirit we'll bring to the table.

The agreement was officially inked in September 2024, after months of discussions and shared visions. It's not just about combining resources; it's about blending our expertise in business with Kenrinken's proven track record in technology and operations. Together, we're setting up Midnight Technology to tackle a range of IT projects, from software development and digital solutions to infrastructure support tailored for the Nepalese market and beyond. Nepal's growing tech scene, with its talented workforce and strategic location, makes it the perfect hub for this venture. We're excited to contribute to the local economy while delivering cutting-edge services that meet global standards.

What does this mean for us—and for you? For starters, it opens doors to new collaborations, innovative projects, and expanded capabilities. Imagine seamless IT solutions that bridge cultures and continents, all powered by a team that's as dedicated as it is diverse. We've already started laying the groundwork, with plans to ramp up operations in the coming months.
